                         telecomandos e diretivas, em uma forma padronizada de 
                         documenta{\c{c}}{\~a}o, que s{\~a}o utilizados para o controle 
                         de sat{\'e}lites de uma dada miss{\~a}o. Ainda, estabelece os 
                         respectivos procedimentos de constru{\c{c}}{\~a}o de estruturas 
                         bin{\'a}rias destes telecomandos e diretivas. O desenvolvimento 
                         do tradutor, necess{\'a}rio na tradu{\c{c}}{\~a}o do programa 
                         fonte para uma forma intermedi{\'a}ria, {\'e} descrito 
                         juntamente com o interpretador. O interpretador, dirigido por esta 
                         forma, gera as estruturas bin{\'a}rias correspondentes aos 
                         telecomandos e diretivas submetidos nos formatos simb{\'o}licos. 
                         ABSTRACT: The high levei language named LDC for sete lute contrai 
                         in a multimission environment is defined. The language, using the 
                         standard document form can define and characterize ali 
                         telecommands and directives that are used for the satellite 
                         contrai of a specifie mission. It also establishes the respective 
                         procedures of telecommand and directive hinary structures 
                         construction. Tze . development of the translator, used in the 
                         translation of the source program into an intermediate.form is 
                         described together with the interpreter. This interpreter, driven 
                         in this form, generates the respective telecommand and directive 
                         binary structures aubmitted to the symbolic form.",
