Numerical results are given by considering two different potentials and periodical excitation. Specifically, we show energy transfer from linear oscillator to another one, depending on initial conditions. Also, energy transfer from linear to nonlinear ( energy pumping), as well as from nonlinear to linear, oscillator is analyzed, under linear and nonlinear interactions. %@mirrorrepository sid.inpe.br/mtc-m18@80/2008/03.17.15.17.24 %8 Jul %N 1-2 %T On energy transfer between vibrating systems under linear and nonlinear interactions %@secondarytype PRE PI %K Cubic and linear interaction, Energy transfer, Energy pumping, Essential stiffness nonlinearity, mechanical oscillators, coupled oscillators, attachments, dynamics. %@usergroup administrator %@usergroup banon %@usergroup marciana %@group %@group DMC-ETE-INPE-MCT-BR %3 fulltext.pdf %@secondarykey INPE--PRE/ %@issn 1562-8353 %@issn 1813-7385 %2 sid.inpe.br/mtc-m18@80/2009/07.24.13.59.13 %@affiliation UNESP, Inst Geociencias & Ciencias Exatas, Dept Estat Matemat Aplicada & Comp, BR-13500230 Rio Claro, SP Brazil %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation UNESP, Inst Geociencias & Ciencias Exatas, Dept Estat Matemat Aplicada & Comp, BR-13500230 Rio Claro, SP Brazil %@affiliation Univ Fed Uberlandia, Fac Matemat, BR-38400902 Uberlandia, MG Brazil %B Nonlinear Dynamics and Systems Theory %@versiontype publisher %P 57-67 %4 sid.inpe.br/mtc-m18@80/2009/07.24.13.59 %@documentstage not transferred %D 2009 %V 57 %@doi 10.1007/s11071-008-9419-2 %A Costa, S.
