How to cite the Document identified by the URI <doi:10.1016/j.enpol.2008.02.014> in your draft document, using the INPE standard (BibINPE format)

† The complete list of Archives that accept relative links can be found at: <upn:9HFNHE-:QABCDSTQQW/4E7MG35/federatedArchives.txt>. This list contains all Archives on the IBI network. To create a relative link, simply add the prefix ./ to the URI, writing it like this: <./doi:10.1016/j.enpol.2008.02.014>.
